Absolutely not! Nearly all Fairfield County fuel companies pump their heating oil from one local pipeline that transports the fuel from the refineries at port. The only difference is whether the fuel is treated or not and what treatment is used. Most treatments help eliminate sludge & water that can accumulate in your tank over time. Our treatment does that and also improves the burning efficiency of your furnace and enhances combustion allowing your furnace produce more heat out of the same oil! All of our heating oil is treated with Schaeffer Manufacturing's Kleen Burn product. We use this premium additive because we believe it not only will keep your furnace from clogging up, but it gives you more heat from your oil saving you money & hassle in the long run.
